Bayo Ayo is the author of the book, Project Management- Legal Perspectives and other publications which include intellectual property, media and entertainment being his main areas of specialty.

 

He has traversed the legal sector, having worked in various commercial and corporate firms, as Adepetun, Caxton Martins, Agbor & Segun(ACAS), L&A Legal Consultants, Rouq & Co., where he was fully involved in the takeover of Nigerdock Nig. Plc., a wholesome international Shipping and Free Trade Zone Organization and subsequently, the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser with an oversight function on Community Relations.

 

In the course of practice, Bayo has at one time or the other advised such international companies like Donier Aviation on corporate and company matters including involvement in the acquisition of the fleet of aircraft for the company. He has also been involved in Banking and other allied matters including debt recovery for individuals, corporate organizations and governments.

 

‘Bayo also had a brief stint in the public sector as the Senior Assistant to the Governor of Ekiti State fully advising on the government involvement in commercial ventures as well as on political issues. His areas of specialization are however not limited to Intellectual Property, Contracts & Energy Law, Company and Commercial Law, Land Law, Fundamental Human Rights Law, Debt Recovery, Perfection of mortgages and other Legal Instruments.

 

Prior to joining L & T, ‘Bayo was a partner in the firm of Peniel Consort Solicitors, Lagos. ‘Bayo is a member of:
